My name is Bradley De La Cruz. I have been working in the waste management and Net Zero market for many years, helping hospitality and mainstream businesses reach their Net Zero Goals and providing waste management solutions. 

I have also been working with several letting agents and found there was a desire to find an additional professional cleaning company that once instructed, will not have callbacks.

Whilst meeting all letting agents’ requirements with regards to student cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and holiday rentals, it soon became apparent that it was difficult to find painting and decorating teams and carpet cleaners to meet their deadlines. With this in mind, my team and I have set up a painting and decorating and carpet cleaning department in addition to our existing cleaning services. 

As we have been working in the painting and decorating and cleaning market, as well as some minor maintenance work we identified that some of the end-of-tenancy reports did not capture all the demographics of the properties. As we are skilled in all elements that make up end-of-tenancy reports, we are now launching our end-of-tenancy checkout report department. 

We have even gone further to provide a waste and house clearance service serving house buyers, tenants, estate agents, and solicitors with regard to probate and holiday rentals and landlords. 

Our sole goal is to work with businesses to solve their day-to-day needs in the most competitive way we can, in addition to providing sustainable solutions with regards to renewable energy.
